The University Lecturer
Frank Alva Buecheler has been teaching since the mid-1980s. He initially taught acting and directing, which earned him an appointment at the world-famous Bauhaus in Dessau in the early 1990s. Since the late 1990s, he has taught the module Creative Producing in the Cultural Management program at the HfM Hanns Eisler / FU Berlin. Further teaching assignments in the fields of aesthetics, staging, visual arts, and art market have taken him to Munich, Leipzig, and Beirut, but he also regularly works for the IST University in Düsseldorf and the SRH Universities in Berlin.
Buecheler established the musical theater division for the German Music Council in 2003 and was a member of the federal jury for over ten years.
Der Universitätsdozent
Seit Mitte der 1980er Jahre unterricht Frank Alva Buecheler. Zunächst waren es Schauspiel und Regie, was ihm Anfang der 1990er Jahre auch eine Berufung an das weltberühmte Bauhaus in Dessau eintrug. Seit Ende der 1990er Jahre unterrichtete er das Modul Creative Producing im Studiengang Kulturmanagement an der HfM Hanns Eisler / FU Berlin. Weitere Lehraufträge im Bereich Ästhetik, Inszenierung, Visual Arts und Art Market führten ihn nach München, Leipzig und Beirut, immer wieder ist er aber auch für die IST Hochschule in Düsseldorf oder die SRH Hochschulen in Berlin tätig.
Für den Deutschen Musikrat baute Buecheler ab 2003 die Sparte Musical auf und war über zehn Jahre Mitglied der Bundesjury.

Frank Alva Buecheler insegna dalla metà degli anni ’80. Inizialmente si è occupato di recitazione e regia, attività che all’inizio degli anni ’90 gli sono valse una nomina presso il famoso Bauhaus di Dessau. Dalla fine degli anni ’90 ha insegnato il modulo Creative Producing nel corso di laurea in Gestione culturale presso la HfM Hanns Eisler / FU Berlin. Altri incarichi di insegnamento nel campo dell’estetica, della messa in scena, delle arti visive e del mercato dell’arte lo hanno portato a Monaco, Lipsia e Beirut, ma continua a lavorare anche per l‘IST Hochschule di Düsseldorf e le SRH Hochschulen di Berlino.
Dal 2003 Buecheler ha creato la sezione Musical per il Deutscher Musikrat (Consiglio musicale tedesco) ed è stato membro della giuria federale per oltre dieci anni.
